Items are processed and ship out within 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is completed and take 5-7 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Please keep in mind that USPS is a government agency and does not deliver or operate on national holidays.
Tracking:
Tracking information is received via email. Please allow 1-2 business days or sooner to receive the confirmation email. If after 2 days you have not received your email, please contact Klassichic for tracking information.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Klassichic is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
